On the morning of June 11, 2025, at the La Bottega dell\u2019Arte -vocational training school in Phnom Penh, the staff of Il Nodo were presented with a certificate of appreciation, a symbolic yet meaningful recognition of their work and daily commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martina, the Country Representative, expressed the organization\u2019s gratitude with a heartfelt speech, highlighting the constant dedication\nand active participation of every team member in ensuring the success of Il Nodo\u2019s projects. All the students were present, and the teacher,\nLoukru Phanna, simultaneously translated Martina\u2019s speech into Cambodian Sign Language, allowing deaf students to fully take part in the ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a deeply moving and heartfelt moment. The certificates were by color: gold for those who have long shared Il Nodo\u2019s mission, silver for more recent collaborators, and bronze for the newest members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nevertheless, each staff member received recognition, because regardless\nof the time spent with the project, everyone\u2019s contribution is essential\nto Il Nodo\u2019s journey, and the organization values the uniqueness of each\nindividual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
