Delivery of certificates of appreciation

On the morning of June 11, 2025, at the La Bottega dell’Arte -vocational training school in Phnom Penh, the staff of Il Nodo were presented with a certificate of appreciation, a symbolic yet meaningful recognition of their work and daily commitment.

Martina, the Country Representative, expressed the organization’s gratitude with a heartfelt speech, highlighting the constant dedication and active participation of every team member in ensuring the success of Il Nodo’s projects. All the students were present, and the teacher, Loukru Phanna, simultaneously translated Martina’s speech into Cambodian Sign Language, allowing deaf students to fully take part in the ceremony.

It was a deeply moving and heartfelt moment. The certificates were by color: gold for those who have long shared Il Nodo’s mission, silver for more recent collaborators, and bronze for the newest members.

Nevertheless, each staff member received recognition, because regardless of the time spent with the project, everyone’s contribution is essential to Il Nodo’s journey, and the organization values the uniqueness of each individual.
